Abstract

Negative delta wave mimicking old inferior myocardial infarction - a case report: A case of a 64-year-old male diagnosed with remote inferior myocardial infarction (MI), is presented. Electrophysiological examination revealed the presence of an accessory pathway with a negative delta wave in inferior leads mimicking pathological Q wave. Differential diagnosis of pathological Q waves is discussed.
